A July CBRE report ranked Toronto as the fourth top-ranked tech talent market out of 50 cities in the U.S. and Canada, behind just Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. According to the CBRE report, Toronto’s is North America’s fastest growing tech market
