Published on Favin Publishers - “Clinicians using an AI wound assessment solution were 2.3x more likely to be satisfied after using it for 9 months.”

Swift conducted a survey to gather feedback from clinicians (registered nurse, licensed practical nurse and nurse practitioner) who use their solution. The aim of the survey was to evaluate whether Swift meets the clinical needs of healthcare professionals, improves their experience and assess their overall satisfaction with the solution. The survey used a five-point Likert scale and open-ended questions to collect data from the participants. The observational cross-sectional study included 385 users who started the survey, out of whom 342 completed it and were included in the analysis.

The study reported an overall 81% satisfaction rate with Swift among clinician users. There was a significantly higher satisfaction on perceived clinical benefits among those who used the solution for over nine months and who assessed more than 100 wounds. Here are more takeaways:

  • 86% overall clinician satisfaction (after 9 months of adoption)
  • 81% of clinicians prefer the app to manual methods
